McCain is already deeply embarred. He thinks of himself as an honorable man who would only run a a positive issues-based campaign. But in fact he has run a mostly negative campaign filled with deceptive advertising. He despises Bush and Rove for their tactics and is ashamed to find himself using exactly the same tactics. Poor man, he is finding out late in life how much his ambition overpowers his morality, after always believing himself to be fundamentally moral. It is especially galling to him that his opponent Obama is demonstrating the restraint and morality that McCain himself lacks. BTW, don't you just love mind-reading??

A month ago i began to obses over being clean from my . I had a problem with not getting sufficient fiber and it made me get kinda dirty down there. At the same time i got a new job and my dad left my hous and moved out. I am not sure why but i began to have these crazy mood swings where i wuold cry all of a sudden. Then i began to feel a big desperation due to my new tic compressing the colon muscle. I whenet to the doctor and told her about my bathrrom problem and the doctor gave me some fiber. This fixed my bathroom problem but the tic remained! and i think i got depression. For the last three weeks i have been through hell. All day i would think negetive thoughts like if i was normal or crazy. I would obsses about my depression state. Today i feel the same i am sick and tired of feeling tired and sad. I have not been able to sleep good for days.

Gaining muscle to help lose weight?

I am a fat body and have been for most of my life. I have tried losing weight before but I can't change my dietary habits. I'm not looking for advice on how to do that - it won't work. My question, then, is this: Would it be possible to gain enough muscle to make my excess calories less of a problem? I know that muscle is more demanding metabolically, so could I lift weights for a few years, put on some muscle, keep eating like an idiot, and not turn into an aircraft carrier?

How to translate a good clical singing voice into a good pop singing voice?

I have taken voice lessons for a year and participated in choirs, and from what others have told me, have an above average operatic voice. I have a pretty good soprano range and sing vibrato naturally, which seems to work particularly well with hymns and many broadway pieces. (Keep reading-I promise I'm not conceited.) However, when I try to sing Kelly Clarkson & other mainstream pop songs, it just sounds kind of blah-like I don't sound like one of the people who go on American Idol singing terribly, but it just doesn't sound like anything special. I'm planning to continue the clical vocal training, but I would really like to be able to confidently sing pop music well, too, as this is type of music performed in many mainstream venues. 3DS Max Texture Symmetry?

So I'm familiar with modeling, I'm familiar with UV Wrap Modifier, etc. The problem I'm having concerns an axe that I'm modeling. So far I've modeled one side of half of the blade. I plan on doubling that to get a full blade, and then doubling that to get both blades. My question is, is there a way to UV Wrap only the 1/4 of the axe head that I have and then double twice to get a perfectly symmetrical texture? Or do I have to wrap the whole thing in it's fully modeled state and risk having it all skewed? Thanks a lot for any help.

I think it may be my period after all, Not implantation.?

Yesterday I thought I may had implantation bleeding as I went to the bathroom and there was a little brown in my pj's and when I wiped. After I went to the bathroom later there was nothing. Why do I always tend to see certain numbers?

Everyday I see the number 1134. this has been happening to me for the past 7 or so years. I usually see it on a clock but the days I miss that it seems to appear elsewhere. For instance It will be late at night and I will check my phone and it will say "1 missed call at 11:34pm" or today I work in the retail business and I counted my drawer and I was $11.34 over. Roxy (4yr old female mini boxer) has been attacking Maggie (2yr old female boxer). Maggie had been attacked by a pitbull and about a week after that is when Roxy started attacking Maggie. They have been together since Maggie was 8 weeks old and Roxy always loved her. Now I'm just not sure whats going on. There's really no pattern to Roxy attacking Maggie. One day they will be fine and then the next thing I know Roxy attacks. One thing I did notice though is Roxy has been sniffing Maggie a lot lately and before she attacks she sniffs, does like a dominance stance, goes to mount Maggie and then attacks. Am I in the right place for my "sciatica/leg discomfort"?

Hi everyone over a year ago I injured my right hip lifting weights (curling), and over a few days started developing leg pain. didnt think much of it until it wouldnt go away. Had an MRI done recently and only showed very minor disc degeneration which I obviously had before the lifting injury. Last year when I was in PT he would put electric probes on the spot that hurt (he thought I had a bulged disc) and could literally feel a muscle jiggling and hurt quite a bit (piriformis, gluteus medius area). So stretching the arera and deep tissue with a tennis ball helps, but I still am not cured. I decided to see a mage therapist and my whole left side of my back was raised about an inch higher than my right side, I had deep knots in my left thighes, one big long knot running along my left side (oblique area), overly tight piriformis/glutes, tight shoulders which were kind of knotted. I'm feeling a bitbetter but still have the hip/leg discomfort quite a bit (will sometimes go completely away in some instances, and triggered by sitting and bending funny) I have seen him probably 8 or 9 times now for 1 hour each time and have showed improvements but is there anything else I can do? I'm 23 and male. I guess a years worth of overcompensating caused all the problems.

They have a Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure. You check in at the various countries & pick up a phone to go on an adventure. In each country fun things happen. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy it. We've seen kids & adults having fun doing this. In Downtown Disney there's a balloon you can go in that goes 400 feet up in the air. Checking out the new activities should definitely get you excited. We went to Sea World & Aquatica. We had a lot of fun at Aquatica. It's great! We went to Busch Gardens too. If you go there, you should feed the exotic birds...that's a wonderful experience. Have fun!

Are my parents hiding something?

My parents were in a fight a little while ago, but not because they don't love eachother. They just both get a little cranky when money gets a little tight. They've been going on "errands" a lot, but it is before my brother's birthday. But they would have told me they were just going shopping for him. The big question is, why are you reducing carbs? I understand that a whole heckload of carbs in a diet is a bad thing, but if you are exercising at all, you need the carbohydrates in order to provide energy to your body. my dog, Cindy is a 14 year old wheaten terrier/english sheepdog. she eats, poops, and drinks fine but there's something wrong with her legs i think. she always struggles to get up in the morning, she sometimes will slip and fall and she cannot go up and down the stairs leading to the basement or kitchen, but when i let her in from the house through the basement door, there are stairs she must go down to reach it(only 3) and she reaches it fine. about same size as the other stairs.(there are six leading to the basment/kitchen depending on what room you're in.) i want to put her on some pain treatment for dogs or at least get her tested for arthritis but my gramma(who i live with) says no. i tried everything imaginable tryign to change her mind(she even cried when i brought it up one day) but its to no avail. i also live with grandpa but he has no say over anything. ever hear of those dominat marriages when one controls the other entirely? thats basically grandma and grandpa. how long does Cindy have left, should she be on a treatment, or should she see a vet?

I have seen many response with poor taste, and not everyone is religious, and more of the like. We have freedom of speech, and freedom of religion. Two of the great freedoms that this country was founded on. We left england because we did not want to be told who and how to worship. Say a prayer to bless your food falls well into the freedom of religion. And if you dont want to have religion forced on you, dont listen. Ignore them. I am sure they didnt ask the other patrons to join in. The others joined in on their own accord. Seperation of church and state applies to religion and government, not religion and everyday life. Christians have as much freedom of speech as Muslims and aeithist alike, and can express their religion just like the rest of them. If they want to pray before a meal, they have every right to do so. As long as it does not directly interfere with someones eating or such, and please people lighten up a bit, if its a large group, the prayer leader will have to speak up so all of the table can hear him. That could be sign of a bacterial bloom. How To Deter Pet Rats From Chewing Cage?

We spent a large sum of money to upgrade my 4 male fancy rats (2 furry dumbos, 2 hairless top ears) to the Midwest Critter Nation since it's bigger for them and easier to clean for us. As some of you know, it has plastic slide out trays that are used for the base of each level (there are 4 levels). For the first few months we had no chewing problems at all, but recently they have chewed up the bottom pan pretty horribly on the sides and corners. I have given them other things to chew on since we got the cage, but they don't seem interested in chewing those things. They only like to chew the cage itself. They do have stuff in their cage for enrichment like running wheels, hammocks, hanging tubes, cozy cuddle beds, hanging toys, etc. but perhaps they are bored with those so they resort to chewing the cage itself? What can I give them to chew on that they will like to chew on more than the cage pans so I can stop further damage to the cage? The replacement pans are kinda' pricey and hard to find, and I'd rather avoid having to replace them by giving them something more chew friendly. Are blocks of wood safe? What about those pumice blocks I see at pet shops, or whatever they are? Are other plastic items safe for them to chew on, since they are wanting to chew on the plastic pans anyways? Please note that they are not eating the plastic, just chewing it into small shavings and getting it all over. Many thanks to any one who has some helpful advice. =}

I killed a cheetah in my dream what does this mean?

It was in like a college looking place with a couple buildings/well cut gr bunch of people sitting around. I was walking across the gr when I noticed a dog and a cheetah like playing with eachother. They were like biting and running around and such. So I kept walking and they both came towards me and the dog started biting like in a playful but kinda annoying way. pulling on my arm and leg and such but it didnt hurt or anything. I just kept pushing him away and kept going and the cheetah came toward me and bit me on the hand pretty hard and I pushed it away then noticed its face got like really aggressive looking. It jumped at me claws out and all so I ended up like fighting with it and I killed it. I don't remember the fight that well like the details. But it was laying there dead and all the people that were around came over and were mad at me asking why did I kill the cheetah. I kept saying it just attacked me but they were still mad. So I left and not sure if this is connected to the same dream or what but somehow I ended up in a car. And me and a friend were in it. I was trying to park somewhere but when I pushed the breaks the car would keep moving. not like they werent working just like i was on ice or something. I managed to park the car and me and my friend got out. I still had the thought of killing the cheetah so I think its still the same dream. Anyway we walked to like this old stone tower. How long can chicken sit out of the fridge before you BBQ???

My hubby took frozen chicken and put the marination on them and stuck them outside in the sun to thaw. He left them out there for about 4 hours!! He forgot about them and that's why they stayed out there that long. They were frozen to start with and usually thaw in about 45 minutes to an hour...so they were sitting out for about 3 hours technically. What are these small bugs in my bed?

For a while now, I have noticed that there are these little bugs occasionally crawling on my bed. I ume that there are much more inside the mattress. They are very small, 2-3mm in length and ovular. They are not very fast moving, slowly making their way across the mattress cover and quilt. Their colouring is predominantly black with yellowish-white mottling on the back. Does anybody have these as well, or know what they are? I tried Google, which revealed nothing except that they don't seem to be bed bugs.
