Help! Is my chicken going to die!?

I purchased 3 hybrid hens just over a week ago, and ive noticed that one of the hens has alot of discharge coming from her nose an some from her eyes. she occasionally sneezes, and reaches as if she wants to be sick. i did some research, and i fear she may have Infectious Bronchitis. She hasn't started laying yet, so i didn't know if that could have something to do with it. Is this a possibility, and if so what do i do to cure it. Also, if you don't think it is this, what else could it be and how do i help her. Finally, will my other 2 hens be ok! thanks very much, and please help!
