What do you make of this "Picket Sign"?

..now remember im walking in front of the White House while carrying it.. and it measures about 6 feet square with HUGH black LETTERS.. it reads ~~~~ " SMART WEAPONS ARE MADE BY STUPID LEADERS !"~~~~
