How Long Will The Chicken Pox Marks To Fade?

I had my chicken pox when I'm 14. Although I didn't scratch the blister but it still left marks. It is darker than my skin color. There are also like lighter (white) than my skin color. The texture is flat. I wanna know how long it will take to recover. It almost like 2 month ago. Now I use Palmers cocoa er skin therapy oil. but it still doesnt show any difference. I really hope there is something that i can do to fade this marks.
