Yesterday.... Please help me?

I was laying down wtih my girlfriend and we are trying to take things slow. We were making out and then i like.. Got all over her , and was felling all on her. I dont know what came over me.. And its messing everyting up. I need some tips on how to have better self control. Serious answers please , what is wrong with me?
