Her Wilting Regrets (poem) what do you think she means?

i think she is saying that she has done some thing that she wants to forget and so she locks her self up with in her self to get away from the sorrow. in doing this she gets drunk from red wine and in doing that she knocks out and is still trying to for get every thing.
