3DS Max Texture Symmetry?

So I'm familiar with modeling, I'm familiar with UV Wrap Modifier, etc. The problem I'm having concerns an axe that I'm modeling. So far I've modeled one side of half of the blade. I plan on doubling that to get a full blade, and then doubling that to get both blades. My question is, is there a way to UV Wrap only the 1/4 of the axe head that I have and then double twice to get a perfectly symmetrical texture? Or do I have to wrap the whole thing in it's fully modeled state and risk having it all skewed? Thanks a lot for any help.
