Im conflicted and need some serious help...?

I think time is all you need. I am on the other end of the spectrum, I am expecting, and my sister and her husband have been trying to conceive for over a year. Your feelings are warranted, I am sure it is so hard for you. Keeping your distance for a while is fine, its totally natural. I was so upset when I thought how my sister would feel, I still have not directly spoken to her about it. my mom was the one to break it to her. Good luck, hopefully you will conceive soon.
