Chlorine water + Potium Bromide + cyclohexane?

Bromine dissolves more easily in organic solvents. By adding the cyclohexane, it is easier to see the colour of the bromine formed, because it will dissolve in the cyclohexane, which will then separate from the water. You will get 2 layers, a colourless water layer and a red/brown-tinged organic layer.
