I want to trade in my car so someone else can get a car and I would only be the co-signer...is this possible?

The only reason I cant trade in the car for another car in my name is because I do not currently have a job. For this reason I also am not sure if I could even be a co-signer but I would like to try. The person that would be the one signing is my fiance and we jus need a bigger vehicle that is why we are trying to figure this out.
