Hows it supposed to look after ?

please dont make jokes about this cus im dead serious... i had for the first time 2 days ago, it didnt hurt too much and i was bleeding which is fine, but now my hole is very tight and has tiny little bits of black on it. I am so worried and scared. I cant ask parents abut it so please dont suggest that. Thanks
