What do you think, pleae answer asap?

for 3 weeks now i have been having these's strange lower stomach and blower back cramps, i've been felling very tired alot and my period was really weird this month. i wake up somtimes with heartburn and sick to my stomach. it really bothers me that i don't feel good and for the last week it has been interfering with my job. what do you think?
