Where can i go to find REAL help from financial disaster?

i am in my 50's, have a seizure disorder, recovering (20y) addict/alcoholic, battered woman continually and mentally ill. i have been on psych drugs for 10 years until last year when i said ENOUGH, i was not getting better. since then i have seen the disaster i have made of my life including several "interest only" with "balloons" refis on my property. one is due and payable in january and i need help to refi. i DO NOT QUALIFY FOR PROGRAMS because i have sm income property with old trailers . i am just looking for a hand, not a handout....
