I was charged shipping fees for FedEx shipping of tickets, and the tickets were e-mailed to me. Help?

I ordered tickets to an NHL game, and StubHub charged me for shipping and handling of FedEx 2-Day Overnight service. I know they usually mail you the tickets so that is fine. Instead, I received an e-mail with printable tickets. How is that fair?
