Where can I find that "Goofy" yell in Walt Disney films & cartoons? "Ya hoo hoo hoo-ey".?

Sound like Goofy slipping on something orbeing swung around, but i have heard it in several Walt Disney cartoons. Can you help me out here? Sounds like "Ya hoo hoo hoo-ey"
