I recentley adopted a couple adult leopard geckos and they eat soooo much idk what to do?

i have what appear to be a male and a female they just ate 3 dozen crickets in one day is this normal??? they are 8 in long each and have nice fat tails do i continue like this or am i over doing it?? also do i need to mist them with water i heard i do but iwant to be very sure how to take the very best care of them that i can im new to leos i have always had turtles..lol
