Are my parents hiding something?

My parents were in a fight a little while ago, but not because they don't love eachother. They just both get a little cranky when money gets a little tight. They've been going on "errands" a lot, but it is before my brother's birthday. But they would have told me they were just going shopping for him. At first I thought maybe they're going to get a divorice, but now they snuggle on the couch together and stuff. So I don't think that anymore really... until now. My parents were looking at houses in the newspaper a few days ago, asking me which ones I liked and stuff. And today when my dad's on an errand again my mom says she doesn't know and says I should just call him myself. So I did and he said he's looking at houses. I ask him if he wants to move and he says he just likes to keep his options open. I asked him why he didn't ask me to come, because both of my parents know that I love to go look at houses. So I ask my mom if she wants to move and she says she doesn't want to talk about, and gets kind of angry about it. But like she feels bad about it she starts rubbing my back. There are bills sprawled out all over my dad's desk, which isn't super unusual, it just means he's been paying bills. My parents have a few twenties downstairs, which is actually pretty good for our situation. But now I'm beginning to wonder Is my dad moving out or are we foreclosing? Any opinions?
